I Can'ts

The other day Pastor Erica mentioned something she did at a ladies conference at Rhema. The speaker had all of the ladies there write down three "I cant's" that the devil had been telling them recently. Then they crumbled and ripped them up and threw them in a coffin! I feel like I need to do the same thing. They are all lies from the enemy and to actually put them in writing helps me to say them out loud and tell the devil that they are not true. It will also be fun to look back and see what I was struggling with today and how I have overcome it within whatever amount of time it is.

So here are some of the "I can'ts" the devil has been saying to me recently:

I can't be a "good" Christian.
I can't ever work in ministry.
I can't ever date and get married.
I can't graduate and earn a degree.
I can't ever be an ESL teacher overseas.

I also wrote them out and threw them in the trash : )
